Telephone support is available only during normal office hours, from 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs.
For out-of-hours support please email support@i4d.ltd.uk. and your problem will be dealt with as soon as possible, normally within 12 hours. We also offer are remote support service but that comes through a sister company Oblong.Tech Ltd.
